Khursheed Khan
With his 14 years experience of working in Michelin star restaurants, Khursheed, a true maestro of Indian cuisine, brings artistry and authenticity to every dish he creates in Kesari Kebab.
Starting his career with ITC hotels in India and spending a few years in UAE as Executive Chef, he moved to London in 2010 to join Benaras, a Michelin star restaurant as their Sous Chef. He then had a stint of three years with Brigadiers another Michelin star restaurant. He finally moved on to work as Executive Sous Chef in Jamawar, another Michelin star restaurant in Mayfair.
As a founder chef of Kesari Kebab, he visualises the kitchen as a canvas to craft his dishes visually stunning and bursting with flavour.
