At Kesari Kebab, an authentic Indian restaurant in Ashford, our culinary excellence is led by Chef Khursheed Khan, a maestro of Indian cuisine with over 14 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. His journey began at ITC Hotels in India, followed by a tenure as an Executive Chef in the UAE. In 2010, he moved to London to join Benaras, a Michelin-star restaurant, as Sous Chef, later spending three years at Brigadiers, another Michelin-star establishment. He then advanced to the role of Executive Sous Chef at Jamawar in Mayfair, further refining his skills in crafting exceptional Indian flavors.

As the founder chef of Kesari Kebab, Chef Khursheed envisions the kitchen as a canvas, creating dishes that are both visually stunning and bursting with authentic flavors.
